We are a small, independent practice — not a large hospital system or corporate clinic. We don't have a massive marketing budget. What we do have is a community of patients who have experienced real results, and word of mouth (especially online) is the single most powerful way we grow.

Here's why Google reviews specifically make such a big difference:

People trust reviews. Studies show that the vast majority of people read online reviews before choosing a healthcare provider. Your review could be the deciding factor for someone on the fence. Google rewards businesses with reviews. The more reviews we have, the higher we appear in local search results which means more people in our area can find us when they need us most.

It only takes 2 minutes. A short, honest review from you carries enormous weight and costs you almost nothing. It keeps us independent. Growing our patient base through community support allows us to stay small, personal, and focused on you, not on volume.

Step-by-step instructions:

1. Click the link above (or scan the QR code)

2. You'll be taken to our Google review page

3. Click the stars to rate your experience

4. Type a few sentences about your experience (as much or as little as you'd like) - YOU DO NOT EVEN HAVE TO BE A CURRENT PATIENT. You can say things like, "I am thankful we have this service in Johnston county now." Or "Regenerative and longevity medicine close to home! No driving to Wake county now!".

5. Click Post — and you're done!

Note: Google requires you to be signed into a Google account to post a review. If you have a Gmail address, you already have one.

Don't Want Your Full Name on the Review? Here's What You Can Do.

We completely understand privacy concerns, especially in a healthcare setting. Here are your options:

Option 1 — Use a First Name Only

Google displays whatever name is on your Google account. If your account is set up with just a first name (e.g., "Jennifer"), that is all that will show publicly.

You can temporarily change your Google account display name before posting:

Go to myaccount.google.com

Click Personal info

Click your name and edit it to just a first name or a nickname

Leave your review, then change it back if you'd like

Option 2 — Create a Separate Google Account

You can create a free Google account using any name you choose (e.g., "J. Smith" or a first name only). Use that account exclusively for leaving reviews. It takes about 5 minutes at accounts.google.com/signup.

Option 3 — Keep It General

You don't have to share any personal health details in your review. Something as simple as "The staff is knowledgeable and truly listens. Highly recommend!" is incredibly helpful and shares nothing private.

Important: Google does not allow fully anonymous reviews (no account at all), but the options above give you meaningful control over your privacy.
