The vet prescribes medication — and maybe the fish does need it. But if the water stays murky, toxic, and full of waste, that medicine won’t fix the problem.
The fish will stay sick. Or worse, get sicker.
Modern medicine often focuses on medicating the fish — your symptoms — without completely addressing the environment the fish is living in… your tank.
What’s in your tank?
What are you feeding your body?
How are you managing your stress?
Are you moving, sleeping, and recovering well?
Because here's the truth:
Even the right medication won’t work well if your “tank” is toxic.
Lesson of the day:
Before we fix the fish, we clean the tank.
One small thing you can do this week:
Drink half your body weight in ounces of water each day.
(If you weigh 160 pounds, aim for 80 ounces.)
Staying hydrated helps your body flush toxins, supports digestion, improves energy, and even regulates cravings.
Start there. Keep it simple.
Your body will thank you.
Talk to you soon,
Nichole
